Corporate Annual Return Filing

To maintain the active and good standing status of your corporations with Alberta Corporate Registry, it is necessary to file an annual return. It is the duty of every Alberta corporation to inform the Corporate Registry that their company is still functioning and that the registered information, such as directors, shareholders, attorney, and address, is accurate and current. Please note that filing your annual return is distinct from filing your tax return, which is submitted to the Revenue Canada.

Filing Your Corporate Annual Return

  1. Fill out the Annual Return Filing and come in person (Or email a copy if sending by email) with a valid Government issued Photo Identification  
  2. Transfer of Payment to Accu-search Etransfer accounting@accu-search.com or credit card authorization form. The registration will take between 2 hours turnaround if paperwork is complete.
