Driver's Licence Replacement

Lost / Stolen / Destroyed Driver Licence

You can apply for a replacement driver licence at our office if your licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed. You will be required to prove your identity through a strict identity confirmation process. (a minimum of 2 valid identification is required) 

 The cost for the replacement licence is $28.00.  You will receive an interim license, valid for 30 days.  The new card will arrive in the mail within two to three weeks.  

If your licence was stolen, it is recommend that you contact the police and obtain a police report. Your police information report number (if given) will be recorded on your replacement application. 

Renew or replace a driver’s licence while outside of Alberta - Code F Licence

If you require a new driver’s licence while temporarily outside of Alberta, you can apply for a new licence by completing the Remote Driver’s Licence / ID Card Application . Please email the completed application along with any supporting documents to service@accu-search.com.  

​Your application will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Please ensure you record a valid email address and phone number on your application form. Additional documents might be required for some cases.  

Note: You must have last held an Alberta driver’s licence and will need to provide Proof of identity and Alberta residency with your application. This application is only applicable to Alberta resident ONLY.
